Qualified staff, direct technical support
Our expert staff continuously monitor training programs to ensure the optimal functioning of the newer models of equipment. It undertakes the comprehensive management of machinery, from the installation and post-guarantee maintenance.
The technical coverage is on the eight-hour basis ( 9.00 – 17.00 ) daily on working days and on Saturday until 14.00.
Our main concern is the direct customer service and the handling of the failure of the shorter possible
The possibility of direct technical coverage is based on the fact that we provide a full range of spare parts for the machines that we place and maintain.
